Return & Refund Policy


We want you to love your order. If something doesn’t fit or isn’t right, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.


Return Eligibility


To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:


• Unworn, unwashed, and unused

• Free of stains, odors, pet hair, deodorant marks, or damage

• In original packaging when possible

• Returned within 14 days of delivery


Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected and sent back to the customer.


Exchanges


We accept size exchanges when inventory is available. If the item or size you need is sold out, we may offer store credit or a refund once the return is approved.


Refunds


Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.


Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.


Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Return Shipping


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item.


We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.


Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items


If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.


If the mistake was ours, we will make it right.


Final Sale Items


The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:


• Gift cards

• Custom or personalized items

• Team orders or made-to-order uniforms

• Items marked “Final Sale”

• Worn, washed, or damaged items


Pre-Orders


Pre-order items may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production or fulfillment may already be in process.


Returns for pre-order items follow the same return eligibility rules listed above once the item is delivered.
